佳作奖:湖泊生态转换器

1项目概况

沙湖位于武汉城市中心区,由于城市的扩张,原有湖泊及周边的农业用地被蚕食,打断了水平方向的土地生态连续性,导致原有生态系统被破坏。我们设想将立体农场置于目标城市的湖滨区域,通过螺旋上升的方式使土地连续,在满足农业生产的功能前提下,使其同时成为一个生态系统修复的代工厂,修复受损的生态体系并消减城市发展过程中对于环境的不利影响。最终以此为基点,找到城市发展与自然环境和谐共处的优化方式。

Project overview

Sand lakes located in the central district of Wuhan city, due to the expansion of the city, the original lake and the surrounding agricultural land has been eroded, which interrupted the continuity of the horizontal land ecological, and it causes the original ecological system damaged. We envision putting a vertical farm in the target lake area of the city, which make the land continuous by means of spiral, under the premise that satisfy the function of agricultural production, we hope it become an ecosystem repair contract at the same time, then it can repair the damaged ecological system and to reduce adverse impacts to the environment in the process of urban development., and finally to find the city developing in harmony with the natural environment optimization.

1.1用地历史背景

武汉市地处长江与汉江的交汇处,市内河道纵横交错,湖泊星罗棋布,遍布三镇。建国初期,武汉市有湖泊127个,被人们亲切的称之为“百湖之市”,湖泊成为武汉市民的骄傲,极大的丰富了人们的生活内容。可是如今,武汉市湖泊锐减至38个。随着城市化的发展,特别是主城区,湖泊填占与湖泊水质污染时刻发生,湖泊数量迅速减少,水面加速萎缩,最终,湖泊及其周边的生态系统崩溃,导致了一系列严重的生态环境问题。

1.2用地范围、现状

沙湖是武汉市武昌内环线内、城市核心最大的自然湖,是仅次于东湖的第二大城中湖,也是武汉市区内环线内唯一的湖泊。按武汉市水务局最新公布的测量数据,内沙湖现实有面积0.134平方公里,外沙湖现实有面积3.197平方公里,沙湖边高楼林立,现在大小已经比十年前小一倍是大规模填湖的恶果。

2.1如何与城市立体农场概念呼应,立体农场与建筑结合的方法与策略

我们将原始的水平土地连续性置于立体农场中,立体农场以垂直螺旋上升的方式重塑传统农业所需的平原,梯田,和养殖业所需的水域和山地,并且利用现代技术,使整个农场能耗达到最低。城市农场为城市提供农产品,并且利用湿地系统净化湖泊周边环境,使城市面貌得到改善。

Design description

How to with the concept of urban vertical farm echo, vertical farms and construction methods and strategies

We are going to put the original level of continuity in the vertical farm land, the vertical farm, in the form of vertical spiral reshape needed by the traditional agricultural plains, terraces, and aquaculture waters and mountains, and it will use modern technology, the whole farm energy consumption to a minimum. The city farm will provides city with agricultural products , and use the wetland system to purify the environment surrounding the lake and make cities better.

2.2如何结合场地,场地氛围与场景塑造

我们的建筑位于湖滨区域,通过建筑底部的湿地与湖泊结合。湿地作为湖泊生态恢复的必要部分,承担着重要角色。我们营造的孔洞既符合湿地地貌的特点,同时高低起伏的形式给人以全新的体验,唤起人们对记忆中农业活动的记忆。

2.3如何解决建筑各功能模块之间的组织关系,并妥善处理建筑与环境的关系

我们将最初的水平土地生态系统分为湿地、田地、丘陵、山地等形式,然后将不同的农作物按其生长特性种植于螺旋的立体农场上,同时土地作为养分和水的循环承载体,激活了整个立体农场与生态系统的活力。

How to solve the construction organization relation between each function module, and properly handle the relationship between architecture and environment

We will divide the initial land ecosystem into the levels of wetland, fields, hills, mountains, such as form, and then according to the growth characteristics of different crops grown in the spiral on the vertical farm of land at the same time as the cycle of nutrient and water bearing, activate the vertical farm and ecosystem vitality.

《湖泊生态转换器》以竞赛评奖的任何标准衡量都是非常成功的设计。它构思了一个极具创意的“螺旋式生态系统”塔。技术处理周到缜密,并通过精美的画面进行呈现。人们可以想象沿着它的螺旋通道上行的美妙体验,仿佛在天空中欣赏一幅不断升起的风景画卷。该方案对于建筑如何扩展到地平面也进行了周密的思考。
